Thursday
Breakfast I had a big bowl of cereal with milk.
Lunch I had a pumpernickel bagel with bologna and cheese, fruit cup no sugar added and a 90 calorie fiber one brownie.
Dinner I had a vegetarian chili with cornbread
Did the laundry, cooked french toast, did the dishes
Gym: TRX for about 30 minutes
Shower and bed @!
