Sunday workout: 3 hours of walking at Busch.
Monday: Lose to win 2 hours at the gym did the elliptical and strength training
Tuesday: Lose to win 7-7:45
Wednesday: Day off
Thursday: Elliptical for 30 mins.
Friday: Walk for 33 mins.
Saturday : Walk for 30 mins
Six days of cardio workout hoping I can lose on monday or I am going to go insane!!!!
