Morning
Coffee time!
Mcdonalds large coffee sausage burrito and half of a hash brown \
Snack mcdonalds 4 piece mcnuggets
Lunch Side salad with almonds and beets with ranch dressing
chicken tenders
sugar free jello
dinner last night was lasagna with green beans
went to the gym for 45 mins and did cardio and strength training
ate some popcorn, sausage in bread
rough night
can't seem to get my motivation back!
